Roman began his career at the age of 17 working in one of the most prestigious hair salons in NYC, John Barrett Salon, at Bergdorf Goodman.

There Roman trained along side the most talented hairdressers in the world. He took his extensive knowledge and expertise downtown as a master stylist working for Butterfly. His clients include the top Fashion editors and celebrities such as Danica Patrick, Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin.

He has now created his own brand and style with launch of one of the best and most luxurious salons in NYC, Roman K Salon.

Lindsay specializes in "lived-in color" and balayage, focusing on creating natural-looking tones and highlights, from rich brunettes to sun-kissed beachy blondes. Her expertise lies in crafting beautiful, customized colors that complement each client's unique features, all while maintaining the integrity and health of their hair.

Lindsay’s ultimate goal is to ensure your hair looks as healthy as possible by selecting the right treatments and products tailored to your specific needs. As a native New Yorker, individual self-expression has always been her greatest influence. Trained as a colorist with Loreal Professional in numerous salons throughout the decade, she found the customizing ability of balayage to allow precision of enhancing others features, face shapes, and skin tones.

In 2018, she reinvented her process of hair painting by eliminating the use of plastic waste within her sessions. Opting for natural fibers, she has been able to create the same beautiful looks while encouraging eco-sustainability.

Outside of the salon, her passions include traveling. Through exposure of other cultures, she has expanded her diversity of various methods of hair care which further allow her clients to receive a unique experience.

Sophie wanted to learn from top celebrity colorists in the industry so she moved to Los Angeles in 2014 where she got the opportunity of a lifetime and started apprenticing under Jennifer Aniston's long time hair colorist, Michael Canale, co-creator of the iconic “The Rachel” hairstyle. As Canale’s apprentice she got to travel with him working in different salons across the country and got to work on a number of his celebrity clients ranging from Faye Dunaway to 90s iconic supermodel, Carolyn Murphy. After a 3 year grueling training period Sophie decided she wanted to live somewhere more fast paced so she packed up her bags and moved to New York in 2019 where she immediately started building a clientele.

Sophie believes that hair color should look like it could naturally come from your head. She says the days are over where you have to put 500 foils in someone’s hair – now, its all about placement. She believes in strategically placing foils where the sun would naturally hit. She also loves to wrap the tips of the hair in foils to give that extra “pop” of brightness towards the ends, creating a more modern movement with color.

Sophie is known by her clients for taking their hair’s natural beauty and enhancing it to make it the hair of their dreams. Her creativity and easy going demeanor has her clients always coming back for more.  Whether Sophie is doing color, extensions or keratins, she likes to tell people she has the greatest job in the world because she gets to work with her friends on her friends while making them feel beautiful.

Arjo's passion for the beauty industry runs deep, and it all began in her homeland of India. Growing up, she was immersed in the world of beauty from an early age, as her mother owned a successful beauty salon. Inspired by her mother’s dedication and artistry, Arjo knew she wanted to follow in her footsteps and make her own mark in the industry. She embarked on an exciting journey to the United States to study beauty at the prestigious Aveda Institute in New York.

As a natural creative thinker, and bright conversationalist, Dayna has risen through the ranks as an expert stylist, dressing and cutting hair. After graduating from Arrojo Cosmetology school, she joined the team at Ted Gibson Salon in 2011, where she built up a loyal following. 

To date, Dayna’s credits include working at both Spring and Fall New York Fashion Week, for designers such as Carmen Marc Valvo, Rachel Roy, Lela Rose, and Pamella Roland. She has also done work for designers Dolce and Gabana and Elie Tahari. She has enjoyed working behind the scenes on Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Michael, and The Rachael Ray Show. Assisting Ted Gibson led her to work with celebs such as Uma Thurman, Elizabeth Olsen, Ashley Greene, and Katharine McPhee.

Dayna has also had the pleasure of personally styling the tresses for celebs such as Debra Messing, Cynthia Nixon, Britany Snow, Idina Menzel, and Adrienne Bailon. Dayna is certified in Great Length extensions, and is quickly becoming known for her natural looking sew in extensions. Her greatest passion is creating effortless looking layers, soft sexy waves, and curly/highly textured hair, while focusing on making each and every guest in her chair feel confident that she will help them achieve their perfect look.

Spending his formative years in Maryland, Xavier was always curious about what the rest of the world had to offer. During his last semester of high school, he sought guidance from his teachers to help him choose the right career path. Known for his funky and creative hairstyles, it was clear to everyone that he was destined to become a hairstylist. This sparked Xavier’s journey into hair, leading him to the Aveda Institute in New York City in 2008.

After graduating, Xavier apprenticed and refined his skills at two renowned salons: John Sahag Workshop and Christoph Martin of Vidal Sassoon. By the age of twenty-three, he had already contributed to several fashion and TV productions, including Model Latina, La La's Full Court Life, and H&M’s fashion show with the world-renowned Guido.

With over 15 years of experience, Xavier brings a wealth of expertise in salon education and management. He has found his passion and calling, from his roots in rural Maryland to working on Cyndi Lauper’s MAC lipstick ads. Specializing in men’s haircuts and more, he is excited to continue his journey, creating fresh and inspiring looks for his clients.

Specializing in hair cutting and extensions, Scott’s goal is to create attractive, wearable looks for his clients. His approach to cutting is highly personalized, tailoring each style to suit the client’s features and hair texture for a low-maintenance look that’s easy to recreate at home. Scott believes that a great haircut should do much of the work for you.

In addition to his salon work, Scott is a union stylist in film and television. He starts his day styling the anchors and guests of *Good Morning America* before heading to the salon to work with his clients.

Although a New York native, Bianca’s passion for hair was born in Puerto Rico where she spent summers watching her aunts style hair in their home salon. Levi has always been surrounded by the beauty industry, growing up in a bustling hair salon where his mother, a well-known nail aesthetician, nurtured his passion for all things hair. Denise began her career over 20 years ago in California, gaining extensive experience that allowed her to refine her skills and specialize in both cut and color. Early on, she trained with the renowned TONI&GUY, where she quickly advanced to Art Director. In this role, she traveled and taught in salons, at hair shows, and at the academy as part of the educational team. Fatima Rahman ( FS Charlie) comes from a long line of celebrated film and television actors. Instead of following in their footsteps, Fatima found a different way to express her creative heritage: through hair and makeup.

As a formally trained makeup artist lending her education expertise to companies such as MAC she landed work in film and television working with Michael White, Oscar winning hair stylist and Deborah Dietrich, hair and makeup maestro to educators and behind the camera. Fatima started doing makeup and hair for films, including Milk. Aspiring actors, for whom looking their best was top priority, sought her expertise for headshots. Soon, her talents included eyebrow threading and henna art, which she learned from none other than Madonna's personal eyebrow and henna expert, Sumita Batra of Ziba Beauty.

Fatima's creativity, talent, and laid-back vibe led her into fashion, where she did hair and makeup for fashion shoots and worked on several high-profile fashion shows over 12 years in LA and NYC.

After moving to the United States from Russia, Olivia found herself in the beauty industry. She’s always had a great love for beauty and stayed on top of the latest fashion trends. She attended and successfully graduated from the Arrojo Cosmetology School, and immediately joined the growing Roman K team in 2017, here she has grown from Roman’s personal assistant to a talented colorist in less than 2.5 years.

Lana began her career over 10 years ago as a body massage therapist, but her passion for working with the face soon took precedence.
