Roman began his career at the age of 17 working in one of the most prestigious hair salons in NYC, John Barrett Salon, at Bergdorf Goodman.

There Roman trained along side the most talented hairdressers in the world. He took his extensive knowledge and expertise downtown as a master stylist working for Butterfly. His clients include the top Fashion editors and celebrities such as Danica Patrick, Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin.

He has now created his own brand and style with launch of one of the best and most luxurious salons in NYC, Roman K Salon.

This Long Island girl started her career as an apprentice, but after years of working under some of the most talented colorists in the industry, has conquered corrective color and balayage. Lindsay focuses on natural looking color and highlights, from rich brunettes to sunkissed beachy blondes. She will create a beautiful color customized for you, while still maintaining the integrity of your hair. Her goal is to make your hair look as healthy as possible, by choosing the right treatments and products for your locks. Lindsay keeps up with all of the latest trends by participating in the most elite hair coloring classes the city has to offer.

As a native New Yorker, individual self-expression has always been her greatest influence. Trained as a colorist with Loreal Professional in numerous salons throughout the decade, she found the customizing ability of balayage to allow precision of enhancing others features, face shapes, and skin tones.

In 2018, she reinvented her process of hair painting by eliminating the use of plastic waste within her sessions. Opting for natural fibers, she has been able to create the same beautiful looks while encouraging eco-sustainability.

Outside of the salon, her passions include traveling. Through exposure of other cultures, she has expanded her diversity of various methods of hair care which further allow her clients to receive a unique experience.

Sophie wanted to learn from top celebrity colorists in the industry so she moved to Los Angeles in 2014 where she got the opportunity of a lifetime and started apprenticing under Jennifer Aniston's long time hair colorist, Michael Canale, co-creator of the iconic “The Rachel” hairstyle. As Canale’s apprentice she got to travel with him working in different salons across the country and got to work on a number of his celebrity clients ranging from Faye Dunaway to 90s iconic supermodel, Carolyn Murphy. After a 3 year grueling training period Sophie decided she wanted to live somewhere more fast paced so she packed up her bags and moved to New York in 2019 where she immediately started building a clientele.

Sophie believes that hair color should look like it could naturally come from your head. She says the days are over where you have to put 500 foils in someone’s hair – now, its all about placement. She believes in strategically placing foils where the sun would naturally hit. She also loves to wrap the tips of the hair in foils to give that extra “pop” of brightness towards the ends, creating a more modern movement with color.

Sophie is known by her clients for taking their hair’s natural beauty and enhancing it to make it the hair of their dreams. Her creativity and easy going demeanor has her clients always coming back for more.  Whether Sophie is doing color, extensions or keratins, she likes to tell people she has the greatest job in the world because she gets to work with her friends on her friends while making them feel beautiful.

Arjo's passion for the beauty industry runs deep, and it all started in her homeland. Growing up in India, she was immersed in the world of beauty from an early age, as her mother owned a successful beauty salon. Inspired by her mother's dedication and artistry, Arjo knew that she wanted to follow in her footsteps and make a mark in the industry, Arjo embarked on an exciting journey to the United States to study beauty at the prestigious Aveda Institute in New York.

With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to her craft, she quickly excelled in the art of hair coloring. After years collaborating with industry leaders, he now showcases his talents in fashion shows, editorial, special events, and is currently a senior stylist at the luxurious Roman K Salon Flatiron. Mario is Aveda trained and recently became a master educator for UK's number one global styler, GHD. 

His career highlights include a TV appearance on the Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda, and working with celebrities including Gina Rodriguez, Robyn Wright, The Bella Twins, Joan Jett, Bryce Howard, Daphne Rubin Vega, The Hilfigers, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Camyrn Manheim. By seizing today's opportunities, Mario Vasquez will continue to deliver tomorrow's art.

As a natural creative thinker, and bright conversationalist, Dayna has risen through the ranks as an expert stylist, dressing and cutting hair. After graduating from Arrojo Cosmetology school, she joined the team at Ted Gibson Salon in 2011, where she built up a loyal following. 

To date, Dayna’s credits include working at both Spring and Fall New York Fashion Week, for designers such as Carmen Marc Valvo, Rachel Roy, Lela Rose, and Pamella Roland. She has also done work for designers Dolce and Gabana and Elie Tahari. She has enjoyed working behind the scenes on Good Morning America, Live with Kelly and Michael, and The Rachael Ray Show. Assisting Ted Gibson led her to work with celebs such as Uma Thurman, Elizabeth Olsen, Ashley Greene, and Katharine McPhee.

Dayna has also had the pleasure of personally styling the tresses for celebs such as Debra Messing, Cynthia Nixon, Britany Snow, Idina Menzel, and Adrienne Bailon. Dayna is certified in Great Length extensions, and is quickly becoming known for her natural looking sew in extensions. Her greatest passion is creating effortless looking layers, soft sexy waves, and curly/highly textured hair, while focusing on making each and every guest in her chair feel confident that she will help them achieve their perfect look.

Spending his formidable years in Maryland, Xavier was curious what the rest of the world had to offer. During his last semester of
high school, he sought out the wisdom of his teachers to help him decide the right career path. As he had been known to wear funky and creative styles in his own hair, it was obvious to all that he should be a hairstylist. It was then that Xavier began his hair journey, which would send him all the way to
the Aveda Institute in NYCt a.

After graduation, he apprenticed and honed his craft at two salons, John Sahag Workshop, and Christoph Martin of Vidal Sassoon. By twenty-three, he had already worked on several fashion and TV shows, including Model Latina, La La's Full Court Life, and H & M's fashion show with the world renowned Guido.

With a broad range of skills, Xavier is no stranger to salon education and management. From the country in Maryland, to Cindy Lauper Mac lipstick ads, Xavier has found his calling and his passion. Coming into his 10th year of hair, he still has much more to do.

Scott approaches hair with a classic perspective on whats relevant to his clientele.  Specializing in hair cutting,  Scott works with your natural hair texture to give wearable, low maintenance haircuts.  

Having worked NYFW, been behind the scenes of TV,  commercials, editorial, along with private clients and his in-salon career, Scott believes that the results of a good haircut speaks for itself.

Although a New York native, Bianca’s passion for hair was born in Puerto Rico where she spent summers watching her aunts style hair in their home salon. Maria’s passion is to make people  feel and look beautiful and confident. She is a New York State Licensed artist who has more than 7 years experience in beauty industry. She specializes in micro shading brows, lip blush, eyeliner permanent makeup. She is always learning and evaluating the newest application methods and techniques not only in the USA but abroad as well.

Denise started her career over 20 years ago in California. Her experience has given her the opportunity to hone her skills and specialize in both cut and color. Early in her career she worked and trained with the renowned TONI&GUY. Advancing quickly through the company to Art Director, she traveled and taught in salons, at hair shows and in the academy as part of the educational team. She went on to earn two prestigious awards at the annual TONI&GUY Photographic Awards before transferring to NYC as Art Director/Educator. In NYC she has continued to learn extensive color techniques such as Balayage/Hair Painting with L’Oréal and Redken.

Dedicated to her artistry, Denise is always adding to her repertoire of techniques. She strives to offer her guests the most current cut and color, along with a great salon experience.

A hairdresser for 15 years Dale started his career in Dallas Texas at Toni & Guy’s headquarter salon where strong education helped him rapidly become an Artistic Director.  His love and desire for always being the best quickly introduced him to teach.  As a member of the Artistic Platform Team, educator and managing the salon he decided to shake it up and move to New York City where he worked at some of the top salons in Manhattan.

After Toni & Guys very deconstructed style he was fortunate enough to work under Antonio Prieto where he learned a structured classic cutting approach.  This helped form a well rounded cutting style creating beautiful, precise, effortless hair. His deep passion for short hair excelled.  Dale then joined an amazing creative team at Dop Dop as the Cutting Education Director where he was an instrumental part of NYC Fashion Week, training young hairdressers,  styling for runway, editorial, and social media.  Having trained with Vivian Mackinder who is a master at up styling he became a sought out wedding hair master.  His continually education with advanced courses in both cutting and color keeps his skills sharp and his finger on fashion trends.

Fatima Rahman ( FS Charlie) comes from a long line of celebrated film and television actors. Instead of following in their footsteps, Fatima found a different way to express her creative heritage: through hair and makeup.

As a formally trained makeup artist lending her education expertise to companies such as MAC she landed work in film and television working with Michael White, Oscar winning hair stylist and Deborah Dietrich, hair and makeup maestro to educators and behind the camera. Fatima started doing makeup and hair for films, including Milk. Aspiring actors, for whom looking their best was top priority, sought her expertise for headshots. Soon, her talents included eyebrow threading and henna art, which she learned from none other than Madonna's personal eyebrow and henna expert, Sumita Batra of Ziba Beauty.

Fatima's creativity, talent, and laid-back vibe led her into fashion, where she did hair and makeup for fashion shoots and worked on several high-profile fashion shows over 12 years in LA and NYC.

After moving to the United States from Russia, Olivia found herself in the beauty industry. She’s always had a great love for beauty and stayed on top of the latest fashion trends. She attended and successfully graduated from the Arrojo Cosmetology School, and immediately joined the growing Roman K team in 2017, here she has grown from Roman’s personal assistant to a talented colorist in less than 2.5 years.

Working with countless models over the years, Olivia has worked hard to hone her skills as a colorist, and is known for her work with blonde highlights, exercising different techniques such as Balayage, air touch and classic foils to achieve her clients desired look. But Olivia not only knows how to do color she is also proficient with Keratin, extensions, blow-outs and up-do styles. Olivia always listens and pays close attention to what the client is looking for and and as a result is able to give the best recommendation on which look will show the most beautiful you.
